Shuttle

Hop on our private Baird Shuttle to take you to an exclusive drop-off spot, south of WMPO’s Hayden entrance! Details below.

Your day will begin at our Baird Kierland office (15211 N Kierland Blvd, Suite 300), where you’ll pick up your tournament credentials and enjoy a hot breakfast beginning at 7:45 a.m., catered by Tracy’s Kitchen. Before heading out, test your putting skills on Baird’s opening‑hole putting green for a chance to win custom Baird AZ swag.

When it’s time to head to the course, you’ll be transported via private Baird shuttle with an exclusive drop‑off location just south of the WM Phoenix Open’s Hayden entrance—designed to get you inside the gates quickly and comfortably.  Please refer to the attached documents that include more detailed information.

We’re thrilled to host you for a premier day of golf, hospitality, and connection, and we look forward to sharing this unforgettable tournament experience with you.

BAIRD SUITE

SHUTTLE DETAILS

For your convenience, a private Baird Shuttle will be running daily during the WMO, departing from our Baird office in Kierland Commons and dropping off just south of TPC Scottsdale.

Departure: Every 30-minutes between 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. AND 3:00 - 5:30 p.m. 

  • Location: North Kierland parking lot behind Baird & Chico’s | Kierland Commons

Arrival & Return: Every 30-minutes between 8:15 a.m. - 1:15 p.m. AND 3:15- 5:45 p.m. (last call 5:45 p.m.)

  • Location: Corner of FLW & Hayden | Curaleaf Lot

*Shuttle will not be active between 1:15-3:00 p.m.

FRIENDLY REMINDERS

BAG POLICY: No opaque bags larger than 6"x6"x6" (including carrying cases, backpacks, camera bags or chair bags) are permitted through the gates. No clear, plastic, vinyl or other carry items larger than 12"x6"x12" are permitted through the gates. Clear Tote Bags, clear, vinyl, or other carry items larger than 12"x6"x12" will NOT be permitted.  

SEATING: We invite you to enjoy the view from one of the limited seats. And as a courtesy to others, we kindly ask you to take a stretch, grab a snack or beverage and check out the 10th hole behind us, as seating is limited.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Please avoid leaving personal items in the Kierland office or on the shuttle, as the office will be locked during inactive hours.

DRESS CODE: There is no formal dress code. We recommend casual golf attire, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket you can layer or remove throughout the day.
