We host over 250 interns each year throughout 50 Baird locations. They spend time in 18 of our core business areas as well as our corporate resource groups.
Client Specialist Training Program
A unique 18-month program designed to attract driven and adaptable individuals to join the Financial Services Industry. The training is focused on becoming a Client Specialist on a Financial Advisor team and fully registered with their SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses.
Financial Advisor Foundations Program
Foundations is a competitive rotational program that provides work experiences and educational opportunities with select Private Wealth Management teams to train NextGen Financial Advisor talent to be prepared for a successful career as a Financial Advisor and earn a full-time role on an existing team.
